Your device is monitored remotely, and in case of any issues, you can send a technical support request to our customer service team. Your technical support request will be reviewed, and we will attempt to resolve it remotely. If necessary, our technical support specialist will arrive on-site as soon as possible.
For directly purchased products:
Printers without RelaxRate are serviced based on actual customer requests and the current pricing at the time. Additional services are not included. Consumables are ordered and acquired by the customer themselves.
