REQUIREMENTS:
–– Active, responsible, positive, self-initiated and determined personality.
 –– Higher education in IT is either engineering
 or a related education.
–– Good knowledge of IT technologies (hardware and software).
–– Previous 2-3 years of service engineer / technician experience in the IT or office technology sector would be highly appreciates.
–– Excellent communication skills and the ability to
work in a team environment.
–– Ability to solve problems independently.
–– Driver's license.
–– Good language skills (Latvian, English, Russian).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
–– In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring, diagnostics, installation, configuration, repair and maintenance of multifunction printing / copying equipment and related software.
–– Visiting, consulting and prompt resolution of clients' problems.
