The new Konica Minolta bizhub C20P is a clever and versatile printing partner for small teams, workgroups and also single users. In one minute, this compact printer delivers 24 printouts in both black and white (b/w) and colour. Owing to its Emperon controller technology, the new device is compatible with various printer protocols and seamlessly integrates into virtually any network. Working with Simitri HD toner the bizhub C20P is ideal for creating beautifully sharp business presentations, coloured handbooks and illustrated reports – while being economic to use at the same time.

With the new bizhub C20P, Konica Minolta presents a speedy printer for small office environments: After just 36 seconds warm-up the device delivers 24 prints per minute, no matter if black and white or colour documents are needed. The bizhub C20P is equipped with a built-in duplexer that produces immaculate double-sided prints, saving on paper at the same time. For the printing process, the device uses Konica Minolta’s high definition polymerised toner Simitri HD, which delivers an above-standard print quality and high durability. Additionally, a unique edge enhancement process sharpens the contours of text and graphics – ensuring crisp and clear printouts, whether in colour or b/w.

The Konica Minolta bizhub C20P integrates smoothly into existing IT setups and networks thanks to the company’s latest Emperon controller technology and its flexible connectivity features. The compact device is equipped with a powerful 500 MHz page-processor and a 256 MB standard memory. The Emperon system ensures compatibility with PostScript 3 and PCL 6, and with an optional hard disc native support of XPS, Microsoft Vista’s XML paper specification is also available. Thanks to Gigabit Ethernet and high-speed USB 2.0 support, connecting the bizhub C20P is straightforward and efficient.

When it comes to media handling capabilities, the new Konica Minolta printer is a true professional: its standard 250-sheet paper tray is enhanced with a flexible 100-sheet multi-purpose tray which can feed up to 210 gsm paper. The overall paper capacity can be increased to a generous 850 pages with an optional lower paper feeder. The front access to paper trays and consumables make the device even more convenient. Like all the other members of the bizhub product family, the C20P impresses with its easy and economic operation as well as straightforward administration.

To facilitate cost control and ensure transparency, the bizhub C20P offers access limitation with an optional CF card or hard disc. For example, colour printing can be limited to certain users, helping to keep print costs at bay. Furthermore, secure printing is optionally available to ensure confidentiality of certain output: the user first delays printing by setting a password on his computer, which he then needs to re-enter at the printer display to release the job.
